I won't be back Terry the pharmacist was very unprofessional about handling a situation that he accused me of which I wasn't rude or hateful I explained what was going on and even said thank you was laughing on the phone just being nice but I was accused of being rude when I pulled up to get my fiances medicine he came to the window very hateful rude and said to me I'm handling the situation don't ever call back here being rude and I ask who I was rude to ask because I wanted all of us together to get to the bottom of it I might have been taken the wrong way we also called to talk about it him being the pharmacist decided to hang the phone up on us without getting the situation taken care of he is very unprofessional he even broke a hepa violation when Darrells dad passed away and gave inf

Outstanding service. Terry, Mary, and all the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is so nice to be remembered as soon as we pull up to the window. I have never had a bad experience! It is always great to shop local, and Roark’s is head and shoulders above the rest anyway. A++!

I have been a customer for many years! Terry and Mary Ann Roark are wonderful!! Their staff is just as great, always there for any questions that I may have. Not only do I get my medication there, but I received my Covid 19 Merdina Vaccination 1-2 + the Merdina Booster. They have an automated phone call wishing me a happy birthday. I am a customer for life!!!!
