I had an excellent experience at RLK Eye Associates at the Costco in Cumming. Al handled my appointment and was absolutely wonderful — efficient, kind, and professional. Spencer took care of me during my visit and was warm, accommodating, and made me feel completely at ease. My last experience here with the office staff wasn’t great, so I was beyond pleasantly surprised this time. Dr. Larsen is truly a genius when it comes to managing my double vision and fitting my prisms correctly. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and clearly dedicated to helping her patients see their best. I could not have asked for a better experience — thank you to the entire team for restoring my confidence in this office staff!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Yo today. She looked so young that I must admit I was a little nervous! She quickly changed my mind and was very knowledgeable and caring. Staff also great as well!

He was great at explaining all the new vision changes I have been experiencing, and his staff was super kind to my kids. They helped verify my insurance and made the entire process smooth and efficient. I’ve been to other costcos before for exams, this one is by far the best experience we have had.

Dr. Kapoor is hands down the best optometrist I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Kapoor was so patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pressured. The exam itself was painless and efficient. My insurance covers the eye exam with a $10 copay. However, when I went in for my appointment, the person at the front desk told me I had to pay $10 plus $39 for retinal imaging, because they don’t offer dilation, which is covered by my plan. I clearly stated that I did not want the retinal imaging and only wanted the basic eye exam covered by my insurance. They refused and said the imaging was mandatory. Essentially, they expect patients to pay for their imaging machine, whether they want to use it or not. Absolutely ridiculous and not patient-friendly at all.
