Rizzo Dental Group

Today was my first time visiting, and I had the most amazing experience. I was very anxious and overwhelmed, but every single person in the office was so kind, patient & understanding that all my nerves were eased. Dr Rizzo took his time explaining everything that was happening, throughly explaining a treatment plan, and also gave me time for questions. The dental hygienist, Maria, was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience so much easier. I have extreme dental anxiety, and now that I have had this experience, I feel so much better about my next appointment. This is an amazing establishment, with an amazing doctor that I can’t recommend enough. Visit!

They are money motivated and do not care about long-time patients. I have referred so many family members since becoming a patient in 2018. They will all be moving to a new dental practice after the way I was treated today. The office manager is horrible and service has definitely declined.

If you’re looking for a dentist/dental group, this is your sign!!! Dr Jeff and all the staff created an environment that doesn’t make going to the dentist feel like a chore. I actually look forward to going to appointments, even when I needed additional treatment. Compassion, education, individuality and what I consider world class service. When I moved to the opposite side of town, I decided to keep them as my dental group instead of trying to find the same vibe elsewhere, even with the 45-60 minute drive. I cannot express just how amazing this group/Dr. Jeff is.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Jeffrey takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and explain everything clearly. Tasha at the front desk is incredibly patient and welcoming, and Janie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend this office!

27 years of going to the Dr. William Rizzo. His Service used to be outstanding until the last 6 years. From the constant bad staff turnover, the new nasty office manager(not Melissa) , to making up new policies without any documentation to back it up. (Depends on the customer, Different strokes for different folks).. I made a decision to leave after 27 years..Then I left numerous messages with the ladies for Dr. Rizzo to call me back... Months later, no return call… no loyalty..I give him 27 years and plenty of referrals and you can’t call me back!!! . .. his exact words were that he wasn’t going to call me back.. The best thing about the place was two amazing staff members, Janie and Carol…There is a dentist office in every shopping center and I refuse to allow to be apart of his organiz
