I would give zero stars, but it was not an option. I currently have a collection notice on my credit report from this place. I have never gone a day in my life without dental insurance. They failed to change my name when I got married, submitted a claim with my previous last name, and the claim was denied. Instead of resolving the issue, they swept it under the rug and I was unaware for months. I received a notice and promptly called to sort it out. This was in 2016. It is now 2018 and they are now telling me I did not have insurance and owe the fees. I do not owe anything because I had/still have insurance. This office has also recently changed names because of fraudulent charges against patients and insurance... Now I am fighting to get this off of my credit report and they are refusing

the dentist dont wear mask they breath with there mouth open one time i went there and they forgot to cut my wire and the guy already took his gloves off so he didnt put more gloves on he cut it off without any and one time a lady was putting on my rubber bands so rough i couldve done it better myself she hit my tooth many time and even broke one of my braces off that wasnt broken but she claimed it was it was by far the worst place ive gone to
