My grandma stayed at Riviera Health Resort in Coral Gables, and the care she received was truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, the place felt warm, calm, and full of kindness. The staff treated her like family, always patient, gentle, and genuinely invested in her recovery. The nurses and therapists went above and beyond every day to make sure she was comfortable and encouraged. The facility is spotless and beautifully designed, more like a hotel than a rehab center. My grandma loved the meals and how everyone knew her by name. Watching her regain her strength in such a compassionate environment meant everything to our family. I’m so grateful to the entire team at Riviera Health Resort for the love and professional care they gave her.

This is a wonderful facility! Professionally run, very clean, fantastic rehabilitation staff, great food, and very caring. My Dad thrived there and built strength amazingly fast. The rehab staff has ways to encourage patients and keep them progressing, and are a delight. Her stay there was a huge success. Her room was mopped, trash emptied and sink and bathroom cleaned multiple times a day. awesome! I highly recommend them without hesitation. The longevity of the staff speaks volumes about any business management, and if you ask them, you will be surprised at how long many have been there. I'm very grateful with all the staff , nurses , rehabilitation team . and special thank you to Eizel Masso for her care and dedication with all my Dads need.

My mother was at Riviera Rehab in Miami for about 2.5 months, earlier this year, and the experience was heartbreaking. We trusted this facility to care for her and help her walk again, but instead, we found her repeatedly sedated during the day, unable to participate in therapy. The care felt cold and unprofessional, and the rehabilitation services were so inadequate that she never regained her mobility. One evening, she was rushed to the hospital with an infection and stayed there for 10 days. When she was finally ready to return, Medicare confirmed she still had 13 covered rehab days left, but Riviera Rehab refused to take her back.
