This place used to be great. Steve is awesome and so is Dr. Israel.They're a great team. Not enough for me to stay their patient. The one dental hygienist didn't know how to properly clean my daughter's teeth with braces on. We had to go back for a second appt. One time the dentist left a pointy triangle in between my teeth after doing a filling that I couldn't get out myself. It was PAINFUL. I had to go back and get it taken out by them. Another time I was expressing an issue with my tooth and the dentist started fishing under the tooth instead on the side where I was constantly reminding them it was the side of the tooth. I wasn't in pain then but since then its been sensitive. I went back after several moments of wanting to switch dentists but I hate change. What was the final straw is

Great service that feels welcoming. Staff are so kind, and considerate. The hygienist is especially kind and knowledgeable of their practice. Everytime I come in, I learn something new about my dental hygiene. Fully recommend for those looking to find a reliable dentist.

They were able to fit me in same day for what turned into an immediate tooth extraction. Sadly not my first, but my first with a dentist office that truly talked me through each step, what they are doing and why. Will definitely be returning.

My experience at Riverwalk SLW was exceptional. The staff and dentist were very gentle and caring. I had a toothache and with no hesitation they accommodated me. I fully recommend this dental office to anyone.

I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth removal as it was throbbing in pain over the weekend. Called around and thankfully the office of Dr.Israel was able to fit me in. Came in and they were able to do the extraction right away. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr.Israel was wonderful. He was able to removed both wisdom teeth in no time and it seems like an easy task for him. Was very happy with the process and outcome. Would definitely go back.
