I had a difficult time finding a good primary care provider since moving to the RH area a few years ago. After visiting the urgent care here and receiving excellent care from Dr. Given, I decided to become a patient at his primary practice. Since starting there, I cannot say enough good things about NP, Kenyate Bradley. Hands down one of the best healthcare providers I have ever had. She is incredibly compassionate, very thorough, very knowledgeable/up to date in current research and treatment options; she takes her time collecting my medical history and is fully invested in finding the right treatment tailored to me as an individual. She always listens and never rushes. Her nurse, Brandy and the office staff have also been very kind and professional.

Always have a great experience with the clinical staff. However last two experiences with the front desk patient care coordinator have been less than. She always has an attitude and seems like she doesn’t really want to help. I called to make an appointment and was told to just call back in January because that was closer. Why would you tell a patient this when they are trying to make sure they are scheduled for a future appointment? Maybe it was a bad day for them. Hoping my next experience with the front is better.

Made an Appt here for the first time at 5:30 on a Saturday night and was very impressed. I was able to book my appointment online within the same hour with ease. Shannon at the front desk was welcoming and made a great first impression! I will be going back to this facility with any future emergencies for sure!

I had to take my elderly mother with memory issues to Riverview Urgent care. Shannon at the front desk was so patient, kind and helpful. She constantly communicated with us throughout our wait and had a bubbly sweet personality. My mother was seen by Priscilla Ramsay PA-C and she was excellent. She made my mother feel comfortable. Once I brought her up to date about her issues she quickly assessed the situation and provided a solution.

I went in for something simple and was great! Joe took my vitals. Before he checked my oxygen I watched him take a sanitizing wipe and clean the inside of the part that goes on your finger. I was amazed. He went an extra mile to help contain and prevent the spread of germs! To patients that have fears against going into hospitals and urgent care due to the exposure of germs grants a little more comfort when you see employees doing their part or going a little further!
