Maria is the worst kind of employee any doctors office could hire worst customer service ever very rude and talks about inappropriate stuff in the doctors office she will even make comments about patients to other staff

This dentist is the only dentist in her office and has about six rooms where she is working on one while the others are either waiting to see her, or already in the numbing process, or what have you heard and she goes through her patients and do what needs to be done for each patient spending about 5 minutes intervals with each patient getting the work done for each patient. And she knocks them out the box. I think she is working on 5 patients every hour. How is that humanly possible, and she's at it for hours. That's the good part She has damage my teeth by using a metal file to scrap in cleansing for plaque which never had around my gumlines and now I have groves where she scraped my teeth underneath,it has become sensitive to certain things I consume and now my teeth are all show slig

My Uncle went there 2 weeks ago and all they did was refer him to an oral surgeon somewhere else. Never addressed the cracked wisdom tooth that he had. No X-ray's,, cleaning, or oral exam. Just a written referral somewhere else! He’s still in pain and the oral surgeon told him to go back to the dentist!

My poor mother was there last week and whom ever was taking her X-rays was making such horrible comments about my mothers teeth and mouth. One comment made was “looks like you never brush your teeth!” My mother told me she felt horrified and shamed. No one should be spoken to like that, it’s so unprofessional. Looking to find my parents a better dental office. Reading all of these horrible reviews going back years, I’m surprised nothing is being done with the staff.
