Riverside Pediatrics

Do not go here worst experience at a doctors office ever. I’m against vaccines and because of this they refused to keep seeing my son. When it was time for his last couple of check ups before I switched to a different facility, my sons doctor would not even look at us or at least say hello. I tried to obtain a form stating my son was being treated for a particular year and they refused to provide the document. If only I could give zero stars!!!!!! 👎👎

The place has no customer service skills and pretty much told me to look elsewhere instead of listening to my issue with their practice and my beliefs. They told me they push for vaccines even when asked not to do so. They seem used to dealing with people with government insurance that have much fewer options.

Not sure why I have dealt with this place for so long. Location convenience perhaps?? Best Doctor in every aspect, hands down, Dr. Marieta Quintero. Overall great doctor, Dr. Cracchiolo. But you hardly see them, because they schedule you with what's available, not with who you want to see. There's one amazing assistant who's always smiling and shows personal interest in her patients, shame on me for not knowing her name but she's a tall, pretty Hispanic lady, hair is always in a bun, forgive me if I'm wrong but I would guess she is Dominican. About the office, overall it's not very clean, bathroom never has soap (ironic, being that it's a pediatric office). Waiting time is more than an hour, maybe more, but never less even if you get there 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Emergen

Very disorganized at this place. Appointments mean absolutely nothing here, they schedule you for a certain time but have you sitting their for hours after your appointment commit time but God forbid you're even late 15 minutes and they won't see you. Rude and nonchalant staff that do not care. I do not recommend this place at all!

This place was very disorganized now they have friendly employees who help like Ivonne always helps me with my appointments she work in the front and other girl dark skin too helps my wife every time she goes.. the only problem is you have to wait long Time for appointments for physical and Dr Quintero that left the office she is excellent doctor but they have nice doctor
