They'll push a myriad of injections and pills on you, but when it comes to actual treatment, there is none. Sometimes they deliver unnecessary and expensive treatments, but if you're suffering from a chronic condition, you'll find no help at Kaiser. Never in 30 years has Kaiser ever done anything simple like an x-ray. They want me to pony up $750 for imaging that isn't necessary at all. If one complains, you'll get no treatment whatsoever, and told to "pick a different doctor". I've received better medical care in third world countries and paid far less.

I’m sure there are good physicians here. However, it’s a similar experience with all Kaiser offices. They don’t listen to you and push things they want to do that you say no to or you ask questions for but won’t answer you.

I had my first doctor's appointment to meet Genevieve Gatmaitan today! I had an appointment for 9:30, they changed it to 9:10 without telling us, I went there, they made us wait 1h, and ended up not seeing the doctor, she was too busy on a phone call, and they kept us waiting 1h for nothing! Terrible experience, terrible communication!!

Very fast service! Plenty of staff at the lab.

I don’t think I’ve ever been called into my appointment on time. I make sure to get in earlier, but not once did a doctor see me at the designated time. Even brought my newborn here and ended up waiting for too long. Seems to be the trend at this location.
