Riverside Medical Clinic Urgent Care

So this urgent care expects you to come to their location while being sick and put your name down to wait 2 hours to be seen. This is the most ridiculous process I’ve ever experienced. I will never use this place. Most reputable urgent cares will allow you to be added to a waitlist while you’re still home and not in a contaminated facility. Fix your process if you want to have patients.

Thankfully I was very happy with the Dr tonight. So pleasant. On the other hand your security guy on staff tonight is very rude and needs a better attitude. He really didn’t look like he wants to be there slumped halfway down on the chair he was sitting in. As I walked out of the urgent care that was just closing, he said to me, OTHER DOOR! and points. So I tried to push a door open a couple of times and he says rudely again, OTHER DOOR! Like I’m an idiot or something, meaning right around the corner from where I was. The door was not visible from where I stood. This man should not be working here unless he can change his attitude. Most are here because they are not feeling well and do not need to be bothered by this man’s rudeness.

The 2 stars for nice facility. Rest is questionable and needs lots of improvement. Wait time, phone call, etc…

Got to the facility early and Steve greeted us promptly. Very nice man. He said that the clinic didn’t open until 12 and offered us a different location if we needed service. We said we would wait. He brought us a wheelchair in the parking lot as we waited. What a great first experience. Thank you Steve for your kindness!!!

At the Temescal Valley urgent care location staff are friendly. I have been going there for myself and family for about 2 years now and they are very quick and efficient. I like that it has pharmacy right across from the urgent care.
