Riverside Hospital

My experience at this rehabilitation center was outstanding from start to finish. The entire staff is caring, professional, and truly dedicated to helping patients succeed. The facility is not only clean and comfortable, but also provides a supportive environment that makes recovery less stressful. I am beyond grateful for the care I received here and would recommend this center to anyone seeking high-quality rehabilitation.

My name is Lasonya Brown Riverside Hospital is a whole joke. They only care about standing behind that counter and a check. They unclean, my experience Letermovir (pre meds to get platelets took 3 days. 09:30 4:00 after a infusion my port was not secured with I cap. It’s 5:24 let me see the response 10/2 Ask the charge nurse at 7:30 for towel and yet have not received 10/3tried to access port. It wouldn’t pull. She made a new hole. They asked me about my meds and I gave it to them in a box, they distributed them in a bag. Somehow some got on the floor, take again they don’t clean, woke me up early in the morning saying I was suicidal. Took me to Cabrini and confirmed I was not suicidal but put me in a suicidal room. Patting down each visitor the came. Oh, I forgot that the Dr told me I had

Nurses, staff, physical and occupational therapist were just exceptional. Everyone that works there makes you feel like you’re not alone going through your Rehab process

It's most definitely a very clean faculty absolutely. However the response to my mom needs are extremely slow or just not responding @ all from the direct care staff. The food is horrific, it's provided by Gold Corral. I will definitely say the PT is extremely awesome. This is my mom 2nd stay here. First time was amazing. I can't say the same for this current time. 11- 18-2024. When the family members are present @ the faculty it all just wonderful. Patient care, as soon as u leave it goes back to nothing. Even the staff from top to bottom knows the food is horrible, but absolutely no action it taken. I person in recovery needs good meals to build strength to get better. High disappointed in this state of the care of this facility . The so called Dr's that covers the faculty is a complet

I was admitted to Riverside in August 2022, right after my surgery for my spinal cord injury. I stay there from then until today, October 13, 2022. I have nothing negative to say about that facility. They allowed my husband to stay with me every single night with no issues. When I was in need of any sort of help, including pain medications, help changing, bring me to the restroom etc), all I had to do was push the call light and my nurse or tech would be in my room to help me within 10 min or less. They always made sure I had clean sheets and would also do a good cleaning of my room every single day while I was attending my therapy rehab. Now moving on to the occupational therapist and physical therapist, they went above and beyond to make sure to help me reach all my goals and milestones.
