Riverside Health and Rehab

This is literally the nastiest place I’ve ever seen in my life. This is where everything is being washed and it’s absolutely digusting. They leave the residents in pee and poop until it completely messes up the sheets because they refuse to check them every 2 hours. Not to mention the place is completely outdated i wouldn’t recommend anyone putting their loved ones in here.

This place needs to be investigated. And shut down its truly sad the conditions of the patients. If you have love ones in this place. Remove them immediately. 🙏😔 please remember Every one that has to live there in your prayers they need it more then yall know

I came to visit my nephew who had brain cancer surgery and was put here for recovery. My mom, sister and myself were not even here 5 mins and almost threw up in the hall way while walking to his room. The pungent and horrible smell of urine and feces is extremely overwhelming and the only thing done about it is a little wall mounted sprayer that sprays once every 10 mins. Floors everywhere are STICKY beyond belief. Blinds in the rooms are broken and you cannot close them to shield the patient from the sun at all. The facility from my view is so far outdated, it's unbelievable. Staff at nurses desk was rude when we walked up. Upon entering his room to put in a new iv, she implied that his right arm shaking uncontrollably was an intentional thing that he was doing on his own to garner atten

I visited a close friend at this facility on Sunday April 13th 2025. His bed was filthy, and the diaper that he was wearing needed to be changed. He had to be fed because he's no longer able to do this on his own. His dinner was brought and left. The friend who was there when I arrived fed him. There was no assistance from the nursing staff. I'm very appalled!

This is the worst place ever, I had to go here after I had my surgery a few years ago. I went through so much pain and suffering. The staff was so rude and horrible. They did not take care of their patients at all. very nasty place, I was treated very poorly and was abused mentally when I got out of that place. I was talked about to my fast and even pushed and ignored when i asked for help. They didn't do wound care on me and I got a infection. The only thing they keep giving me was pain pills to shut me up until I finally got the strength before the next dose to call my husband who demanded that 911 be called. Some advise if you love your love ones please don't take them to this place, I'm not sure if changes we're made. Tip please do your research and see how long staff have been ther
