Rivers + West Family Dentistry

As a new client, R & W reached out to my previous dentist and accessed all my dental records with 10 minutes of my arrival. Susan, my new dental assistant quickly got up to date and efficiently (and pretty painlessly) verified my records and cleaned my teeth. Dr Rivers was personable and double checked the cleaning while performing a cancer screening. Excellent service.

Dr. West and her staff are the best! I was long overdue for a cleaning and exam and I must say the whole experience could not have been better. They spent almost two hours with me. Everyone from the scheduler, the receptionist, the hygienist and Dr. West could not have been friendlier. They all made me feel at ease and appreciated. I also appreciate that they are not part of a big corporate group so their fees all stay right here in Charleston.

Dr. West, Sarah, and Susan took great care of me and couldn’t have been friendlier throughout the entire process. Dr. West was present, informative, and spent more time with me than any Doctor’s or Dentist’s visit I can recall in the past two decades by leaps and bounds. Most importantly, my teeth look great and it was done right the first time with attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to, and highly recommend, Rivers + West to anyone needing dental services in an affable, laid back, old- fashioned and hard to find these days environment. A pleasant and refreshing experience in a mostly impersonal healthcare landscape.

Couldn’t recommend this place more!! I love that I see the same dental hygienist every time and she knows me & my teeth! She’s also the fastest and most painless hygienist I’ve ever seen yet still the most thorough! And my dentist is super friendly and knowledgeable and always explains what she’s doing/looking at which I appreciate! I always feel like I’m in great hands here!

Dr. West is the best dentist!!! She is incredible thorough, explains everything and never makes you feel rushed regardless of how many questions you have. 10/10 recommend this practice! You will be in great hands!!
