Been in health care 35 years in North Carolina. My mother told me over six months ago that she was having “difficulty” on urination. I told her to tell her doctor. They told her it was “old age”. Needless to say, on October 13th, my mother completely stopped urinating. I told my mom to tell the doctor she was diagnosed with Uterine Fibroid 20 years ago. Told her to insist they order and MRI Eventually after 3 months here, we finally got excellent care at UF Shands. They removed a “bowling ball” size tumor, something that could have been addressed 6-8 months ago, without 3 months walking around with catheter! Today, they call and want to see my mother tomorrow? They tell her she “may” be anemic? lol. Find yourself an MD facility that takes a full history, where you’ll see an MD a

Very disappointing. Heard great things about this Clinic and the doctors so made a new patient appointment and filled out medical questionnaires with details and documentation about medical situations for the past several decades. On the day of the appointment upon arrival filled out more questionnaires. My appointment began right on time. I was impressed with the doctor until half way through the appointment I was informed by the doctor that I I would be seeing a new doctor at my next visit as a opportunity in a different state was accepted. So disappointing and unprofessional. I still do not know the name of the “new” doctor or any background. Bye bye Rivers.
