DOES NO ACCEPT INSURANCE! Every single staff member that we dealt with was friendly and professional. And, the doctor seemed extremely educated and experienced. The doctor was very personable and spent a great amount of time explaining everything. BUT.... There is the business model. I previously marked this place on Google Maps because it was on a list by my health insurance provider had it on their list of approved urgent care locations. I made an online appointment for my wife, whom I was very worried about. Her PCP could not see her right away. We were immediately advised that the 220 took no health insurance. I am a retired healthcare professional and I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I was seen without much delay and was pleased with the professionalism and care of Dr Chris. I’m new to the area and went in on an emergency visit. I definitely can see this being my primary care provider.

I regret to share that my experience with this monthly membership has been highly disappointing. My partner and I joined this program under the impression that 220 Wellness would no longer be accepting insurance, as we were informed. However, upon reviewing their website, it now states that they do, in fact, accept certain insurance plans, which is misleading and contradictory to what we were initially told. The process for booking appointments is also problematic. We were instructed to use two different apps, but one of them consistently fails to recognize the provided phone number from 220 wellness while the other app is only compatible with Apple devices, leaving Android users unable to access it. This place is amazing! Staff was very welcoming and wait time was maybe 10 minutes max, .We just moved nearby and having 2 toddlers and a spouse with chronic issues gives me reassurance that help is near by! Dr Chris was great with my 5 year old daughter and clearly explained her diagnosis, my daughter was comfortable with talking to Dr. Chris and she got us on our way to recovery quick. Dr. Chris even went out of her way "after hours" to help me with a pharmacy issue I was having. Will definitely be attending for our usual needs. And of course looking forward to seeing her doggie "Zouka".
