Riverfront Pediatric Dentistry

Our kids liked it when we took them here. Dentists are excellent, but not our experience with the manager. She tried to be nice but still forcing her policy. Their cancellation policy is the subject of the negative review and the manager who seems that she cares more about the cancellation fee than keeping us as a customer. Because we couldn't take our youngster on the scheduled appointment, we had to cancel the appointment. We were informed by the management team that there is a $15 fee because we did not cancel more than 24 hours in advance. I understand that there are some policies in place, but kids get sick or unplanned things happen in life and it doesn't seem fair considering that we called the office at 9am and the appointment was for 10:45am the next day, so technically we cance

It used to be so much better! I liked the doctors and assistance. They are professional, polite and attentive. However, today I just got out of the clinic, and feel deceived. My kids had SDF application which always was covered by our insurance. This time they had it again, only that I had to pay for it $475. And I learnt about it at the check out. Really?! I should’ve been notified before this costly procedure was done. Very disappointing.
