Update: they’ve added a behavioral consultant to their practice, and she is wonderful and very helpful. Thank you Jennifer! I have been using this practice for 8 years. I struggle with change, and to be fair, they are very responsive with sick visits and knowledgeable about common childhood illnesses. That is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. That said, I would not recommend this practice if your child has any behavioral or developmental concerns. They do not seem to view the child as a whole. Appointments feel rushed and focused on getting through the checklist and writing notes, rather than listening to ongoing concerns. Been coming here for 5 years. Dr. Rodriguez-Ema is a gem. He treats my kids and I with respect, great attention, and fun attitude. He’s always responsive and the office personnel are sweet and accommodating to last minute appointments.

I have been going to this office since 2020 and today I was asked to fill out the attached questionnaire for my 2 year old. This Pediatrician office only sees pre teens! I’m speechless! What happened? People completely have lost their minds along with the common sense!

I adore this office. They are responsive, kind and always fit my son in at the drop of a dime. The doctors are caring, take as much time as needed to answer all questions, and informative. I love that they are not medication pushers and really approach all situations individually and holistically. We have been going here since my little one was six months and he is now 5 years old. He loves them!

As a new mom I am looking for a pediatric office that I feel comfortable and welcomed.. the doctor and actual medical staff is very nice and attentive but the front desk not so much. After we saw the doctor I sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes after my 11am appointment to finish my baby’s bottle and burp him before I took a cab home and the lady in the front desk gave me a very rude look before coming out and telling me she has to leave to a meeting and then they’re closing.. mind you it was 12pm… It just felt very rude and inconsiderate especially with a new born baby… currently looking for a new office :/
