Riverdale Park Pediatrics at Glen Burnie

I was having a lot of trouble at first getting my newborn in, however after working with the front desk via email and cell phones because the phones were down in office, we got everything figured out very fast. The doctor here is SUPER nice and amazing. The front desk is great and the wait time is very minimal. I usually spend 45 minutes to an hour at most there. Definitely recommend

The doctor is amazing and if your child has any serious health problems they squeeze them in same day appointments. I love how attentive the doctor is, patient and kind the staff is also nice and pleasant.

I’ve been waiting on them to get my medical records for 4 weeks now. No one has called or given me any type of an update. I called again today and the lady is giving me the same information she gave me 4 weeks ago. I told them my new born needed to be seen asap and the lady could care less. The front desk seems to be completely clueless as to what’s going on I will take my baby somewhere else.

My son needed a referral and they never sent it causing us to have to pay for the appointment out of pocket. Then they even stopped answering the phone when we called to see how much longer it will take. Never had this problem with Dr prasanna. When she retired these people bought her practice

This is the worst Doctors Office for children you can never get a sick appointment. When Dr. Chris had this practice we never had this problem getting a sick appointment whatever you do do not take your kids this Doctors Office they are the worst they’re terrible They’re not open when they say they’re open they say they’re open at 11 that’s a lie because they don’t open up until 1230 and then they can’t help you when you have a sick child my child has been sick since Friday and I was told on Friday to take her to patient first or call back on Monday I spent all morning calling them and when I finally got a hold of them at 12:30 I’m sorry 1 o’clock I was told I didn’t have any appointments for a sick child that’s been sick since Friday like I said the worst Doctors Office ever you will regr
