After hearing how the receptionist just talked to me, looking to have my mom established, I wouldn't even want her seen there. If you don't want the job, don't take it but that doesn't give you a pass to talk down to people. By the way, this was my third time calling because no one returned the two other calls or messages that were left and won't be calling back!

Dr. Zaldivar is a brilliant, caring physician. She cares about your health and takes the time to listen to you and treat you in the right way and with respect. There is a good reason that everyone I know wants to go to HER!

I was looking for a doctor and when called to this office they told me to print some paperwork and bring it to them. So I spend about an hour printing 8 pages and filling them out. When I brought it to the Riverdale Family Medicine office I was told they don't work with the type of insurance I have. Would be so nice they told me about it when I called and I didn't waste my time doing all this work!

She is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens and encourages me to do better about my health. That's very rare to have a doctor who really cares about her patients.

TERRIBLE experience, she is REALLY REALLY RUDE. She yelled at me, she didn't allow me to talk about my diagnosis, because she diagnosed me wrong...
