A great experience from the time you walk through the door. The front desk is so welcoming. April has so much knowledge and experience it makes the process so easy. Dr.Lord is great he is very gentle putting in drops and does such a great job remembering your history. Highly recommend.

They are always friendly and greet you with a smile. April is nice and makes you feel welcomed when you walk into the door. Dr. Lord will listen to you and takes the time to explain what is going on with your vision. What I like is I don’t have to worry about that puffer machine because there are other ways to check your eye pressure. Great experiences all the way around.

Dr Lord is friendly and thorough with his eye exam. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He explained the results of my exam and answered any questions I had, so that I understood. April is so nice and accommodating and she was very patient with me as I picked out new glasses!
