We needed to contact a Vet concerning our cat Garfield Jr. What happened: Garfield Jr. was playing with his bonded sister and was full of the 🤪 crazy wild running around behavior cats are known to have. The next thing we heard was a crash and a big bang. I ran into the living room and I saw Jr flying and catapulting off a dining side table. 🙄😬 Well, we didn't realize he hurt his 🐾 paw until later that evening. He was hiding under the bed. Poor Baby! Eventually, he hobbled out from under the bed. He was calm and quietly laying down. He wasn't crying, moaning, or hissing at us in pain. He would even limp to eat and drink. (A good sign) Even Carolina could sense something was not right with her bruthar. So sweet. In the morning, We called around to different Vets in the area. Many of the Vets

I went there on 11/12/24 because my dog named Dosha had severe bleeding issues. I was hoping it was something that can be resolved, but it wasn't. She was diagnosed with a blood disorder and no cure only prolonging the inevitable. Even though I didn't get the news desired, the staff were there to comfort both me and my dog and they were very kind. They treated us like family which is something hard to find at a vet. Since I live in Arizona they figured out a way for me to get my dogs ashes and footprints sent home. Very appreciative of that. Definitely would come here again if in the area. Definitely great place as a truck driver

Today our dog had her first visit the staff and the vet Ashley were excellent we are now going to bring our dogs and cat to River Road.

Dr. Diaz and her team were amazing when caring for my new rescue dog. The level of service and care was just what I needed as a first time dog owner. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you for taking care of Mary Beth and easing my concerns!

My 14 year old cat has been displaying some worrisome symptoms . We recently moved to the area and I had called numerous vets offices to find someone that could get her in soon. The woman at the front desk who answered the phone here at River Road was so friendly and kind and answered all of my questions and was able to schedule my cat for the next business day, unlike many other places I called who were very rude or short with me. Upon arriving at our appointment the staff was welcoming and friendly and already had the room ready for us. The vet tech (I didn’t catch her name) was very polite, kind, and thorough. Dr Diaz was very patient with my cranky old lady cat and took the time to fully understand my cats history. She gave me options on treatment and was very kind and compassionate. E
