This practice was actually the office that my husband went to 40 years ago. Since dartmouth hitchcock took over, it has been an absolute nightmare. All personal care is gone. It’s corporate medicine. Dartmouth Hitchcock tries to turn over patients like a restaurant would turn tables. More patients = more money. Even the decor is corporate. Once colorful walls with child artwork and toys is now nothing but grey walls and fluorescent lights. This place is a perfect example of whats wrong with the US heath system. When our wonderful doctor retires, we will be out of there.

Been going here for about 10 years with my kids. I've found the doctors and nurses to be wonderful. They talk to me and my kiddos like real people and explain things really well. I've never felt pressured into something. Everything I've requested for my kids has been granted. That being said, I am very upset by the change to Dartmouth Hitchcock. Calling them for anything takes forever, you have to schedule appointments a year in advanced for the yearly physical and we are required to have a pcp. Once you get past the bureaucracy, the doctors and nurses are the same (and wonderful). The bureaucracy is why I would never recommend this place. I would leave but we are already established. Find someplace else to go (unless you enjoy bureaucracy).

Dartmouth Hitchcock is the new owner. Since the change, wait times have been excessive. Calling in a prescription refill every month is a 20-30 minute affair. I’m currently here for my son’s, med check which is every 6-8 weeks. The Appointment check in was an hour ago and we still have not seen the Doctor. I have every confidence that this is a hospital policy issue and not a provider issues. Our provider is awesome and for years has been operating efficiently until the acquisition. The scheduling protocol is flawed. Time allotted to “check in/registration” is excessive and appointment time (with the dr) is not sufficient - causing further delays. If you have a job, appointments, or meetings during the week, find another practice.

Dartmouth is the new owner and it has been a nightmare. My daughter is sick, and I cannot get a nurse to talk to or anyone to direct my call to someone to make an appointment. In addition, the billing has changed and a well visit is now $40 when it always has been $20. Additionally, the didn't know my daughter's vaccine schedule and if she had her most recent vaccines because something went askew. I would recommend running from the practice.

Been happily taking my child here for over a year and am pleased with the facility, workers, and doctors. Dr. Van Tuil is awesome! Their off-hours on-call doctors have been great too with responding to after hours calls when baby is sick on the weekends or at night. Easy to make appointments / reschedule if needed. Planning to take my second child here once they are born! The office was recently acquired by Dartmouth and I am hoping that nothing big changes, as this pediatrician office has been great the past year! Definitely recommend.
