River Park Medical Clinic

I cannot say enough good things about River Park Medical Clinic! I was required to have a PCP through my insurance so I chose this place and it was the best decision! First, the receptionist is so sweet and automatically makes you feel welcomed. Second, I see Brittany who is a PA, and she is just wonderful. She gave me answers to things I've been trying to fix/figure out for years! Her nurses are fabulous as well! I am so thankful for Brittany and everyone at River Park!

If it wasn’t for Dr Nye I wouldn’t come here this place is always packed and is slow. I drove all the way out here to be rescheduled. Could’ve had a phone call or some type of status.

Dr Le and Dr Tran visited me multiple times when I was hospitalized for surgery and during recovery. I was greatly impressed with their bedside manners. They comforted me and encouraged me during my times of need (I was hospitalized twice within a one month period with each hospital stay lasting 8 days). Thanks.

If the “care” here has taught me anything it’s that I don’t matter. No communication after multiple phone calls. I’ve gotten one call back in 2 weeks after multiple labs and imaging. It was from Hatfield’s MA who you cannot ask questions because she’s not licensed to answer them. Worst practice I’ve ever been to in my life and won’t be back.

I was excited to know that they accepted my Champ VA insurance.
