I would not recommend going to the ER here, but I am reviewing the 2nd floor surgical department. They are amazing.... From the nurses, to the anesthesia, to Dr. Brandy, they are all great! I had so much anxiety for months leading up to my procedure, and it was all for nothing. They did an amazing job and were very prompt. Thank you all.

My husband had a 10:15 appointment at River Hospital and wasn’t seen until nearly 11. When he was finally seen, the doctor was rude, short, and dismissive. On top of that, his prescription was mishandled. we were told it “failed” to go through twice, and then nothing was done until we made a third call to push it through ourselves. So what exactly is the protocol when a prescription fails? Is a sick patient supposed to call in their own medication? Because that’s how it felt. Leaving an ill patient without medication is a serious safety issue. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. For over a year, we have dealt with ongoing problems from River Hospital: medical records not being sent when requested, staff saying they would call back and never following through, and repeated dis

I had an appointment on February 4th, got called in within 5 minutes. Very impressed, dr , nurse, very thorough. Radiologist and the blood work nurse very polite and professional. They have my business from now on.

I have backed your facility since you got away from Samaritan because your staff were caring and so professional. But unfortunately over the years your services have slipped, your staff turnover is awful and you have turned into a money hungry facility where the upper management are getting rich and lower staff are being hurt. I hope the community comes together and puts your facility out to dry. I do NOT recommend this facility due to doctor turnover, lack of doctors, misdiagnosed, not doing the right tests and mismanagement.

I’d like to say how much I appreciate the staff at Riverside Hospital. I went in for an emergency condition that really had me worried. They were very professional and courteous. The Physician’s Assistant who saw me was very thorough and examined my chart with precision. The nurses, medical technicians, and radiologists had a bedside manner that was second to none. They kept my spirits up, and treated me with dignity and compassion. I was lucky to be able to come home, after my brief stay. Thank you everyone for being kind to my son who waited anxiously for me in the waiting room!
