Rivanna Hearing Center

I had an appointment for a 6-month checkup at Rivanna Hearing Center on Thursday, October 16, with Dr Dawn Cooper. Dr Cooper adjusted my hearing aids so I could hear better and answered any questions I had. My next appointment at Rivanna Hearing Center will be in 6 months.

Went in for one of my hearing aids not properly working. Eve looked into it and found that the receiver was not functioning correctly, she replaced it and it was fixed in a few minutes. After paying a nominal fee I was on my way. Appreciate it Eve.

My appointment started on time, the latest innovation in hearing devices were explained and understood . Dawn and her assistant are great .

I switched to this office because it was closer to home not knowing I’d be oh so glad for more reasons than that. Dr Kershner is kind and gentle while being pleasant, professional and practical. And Eve is wonderful; so knowledgeable and much more than just a receptionist. I recently had one of the filter covers of my hearing aid come off staying inside my ear! I didn’t think this could be and thought Eve would think me crazy but called anyway - sure enough that was the case; I was reassured and Dr Kershner was so gentle. It took her about 3 tries but she got it and I was assured that this does happen and I should call anytime I have a question. I LOVE this office!
