This Rite Aid Pharmacy is a pleasure to do business with! Pharmacy staff is courteous, attentive, and helpful. An actual person even answers the phone when you call (you do have to go thru a bit of automated menu but that’s no big deal when you can actually get someone on the line after a few button pushes). I’d give them 10 stars if there were that many!
I have used this pharmacy since I moved to Delaware around 2003. They offer excellent service, professional advice, and are always very courteous and helpful. Their automated refill service is excellent and I never have to worry about refills because when I run out of a prescription, they will fax my Doctor on time to have it filled. Their store is stocked well also.
Pharmacist said I need an appointment for flu shot and Covid booster. I’m not exactly technically proficient. I go to the website and it says walk ins welcome. Three times I’ve tried to “walk in” and get a booster and flu shot… walk in is not welcome!
Clean, good customer service.
I Like going to the store.
