Rite Aid Pharmacy

Much better than their sister store on Abbott & Woodside. Never had a problem since I’ve started using the pharmacy and shopping here more. Everyone is always very nice and the pharmacy staff are kind, respectful, and quick! They helped me when I was in a jam with my new insurance and I couldn’t be more grateful. Honestly, this store is like night and day to the Abbott store. Not sure how that happened, but I will only ever use this Rite Aid.

I love the fact that all the pharmacy staff know me on site and don't even have to ask my name. And the cashiers are all super friendly and nice

Used their automated prescription refill which said my prescription was confirmed and would be ready by 2:00 p.m. I showed up at 2:25 p.m. they had no prescription, they had trouble finding it in the computer even though it was a refill that I had just filled 7 days prior, so I had to wait while they filled it, the woman was not friendly and was very short with me, I asked her why the automated system said that it would be ready and it wasn't and she said maybe they were just busy. Not a reliable pharmacy, very inefficient and unorganized.

The pharmacists and techs that I've interacted with here are quick, easy to talk with, and explain my scripts or insurance easily to me. I appreciate their professionalism and quick service too

The store manager and her assistant are racist. Treated me and my friends horribly. Will never set foot in this store ever again, and will make sure any of my close family and friends avoid this location. Learn how to speak to people. You should be ashamed of yourself.
