Rise Physical Therapy- West Fayetteville

A little bummed by a miscommunication that occurred today on my end- I thought my appt was at 240 and it was 220 on the 4th which was my mistake. First visit evaluation was told by Ashley she had to leave by a certain time, which was off putting. They also have no K Tape which surprised me for PT. The exercises for home PT I received I could google for patients myself based on diagnosis although the app is user friendly. No reminder text for appts (which would have helped for today) but several texts saying I’m under scheduled and to make appointments for future dates recommended. Front desk had inappropriate and loud conversations while waiting for my evaluation the first time. Not impressed after two visits and I’ve declined to reschedule at this time. The clinic and staff are friendly and efficient. My therapist, Matt, is thorough, professional and personable. He helped me get through an issue with my hip and has helped my oldest son with his back issue. I would highly recommend Matt and Rise Physical Therapy to anyone.

Rise is phenomenal at what they do. I’ve worked with two different PTs there, both of which take a measured, personalized approach to the exercises we do, checking in often to make sure I’m doing ok. I’ve seen great progress so far in the most recent issue I’m there for, and I am excited to see what long term benefits I get from the preventative approach we’re now taking.

We love everything about Rise Physical Therapy! The staff is super knowledgeable and kind. They take their time and our son always feels so much better after being treated there. Highly recommend!

I recently had physical therapy for severe lower back pain. My PCP recommended I try physical therapy. Seth was great. The physical therapy sessions and home exercises Seth assigned worked better in relieving my back pain than did the medications I was on. The women at the front desk were always friendly and helpful in scheduling or changing appointments.
