Best PT ever! I have referred so many people to this location. As a lifelong athlete, losing use of my shoulder and bicep was very difficult. The recovery was rough but Rise (and JT) pushed me (and kept me from pushing too fast!) and I have full use of my arm (something that was not looking likely after waiting 2 years post accident to get surgery). Forever thankful to that team!

Somehow I developed bursitis in my left shoulder. I procrastinated on seeking treatment. Once I did see an orthopedic surgeon, the issue had deteriorated, and I it had progressed into frozen shoulder. I was directed to Rise by my ortho office. From day one to 7 weeks later, at 2-3 times a week, until I was released from treatment, everyone at Rise was fantastic. JT, Dave, Kim, Kristen, and the girls at the front desk were all nice, caring, attentive to my needs, and very professional. Even though, sometimes they were busier then busy, when it was time for my personal attention, they were ready and within my appointed time. My treatment regiment, and my work at home, led to motion being returned to my shoulder. Although I still have some work to do to stretch those muscles and tendons, they

I told them I had a problem paying 45.00 co pay each visit. They told me they spoke to someone there and I'd only have to pay 14.00 each visit with my insurance. I then got a huge bill for the difference between 45 and 14 each visit. When calling them about it, I was told how I signed to pay for anything not covered by my insurance. The people that do the billing told me they could call them and they would adjust the bill per what they told me but they did not have the bill adjusted. My thing is, they either did not actually contacted my insurance company or they would have known it was 45 a visit, or they did know and just said would be 14 a visit to keep my business. I don't know, but I feel they should have honored what they lead me to believe regardless. It's called integrity

Initially, I was impressed by Rise. People were nice and were able to see me right away, after seeing an orthopedist nearby for a snapped tendon on the last joint of my middle finger. However, their instructions, that I was not bend that joint didn't match the custom-made brace they gave me. When I returned to point out that it did not hold my joint level, they denied there was a problem. After 6 weeks, the orthopedist pointed out that I was not having a good result, despite having followed their directions to the letter. I chose to go elsewhere for therapy. At Premier in Lewes, the therapist confirmed that I had probably missed my opportunity for a good outcome because of the poorly designed brace. I was given a much better brace and worked at it for several months, but it was too

My daughters first medical experience on her own and unfortunately it was full of mis-information that ended being costly. Despite her best attempts and several conversations about expenses, she was met with unexpected and unexplained costs that generated a large medical bill. My daughter then asked to be on a payment plan. The terms were agreed to but the very next month she was met with final notice bills that sent her into a panic. Unfortunately this experience was such a mess with minimal caring and effort put into helping her navigate the medical system. All that was achieved was mis-trust. Luckily she felt the sessions were not helping so she had stopped early. I cannot speak to the quality of the PT services but my advice is to proceed with caution and get everything in writing
