Wonderful. The staff was very helpful, kind, and cares about the patient and visitors. Mrs Andrea is the biggest help and really cares about people and treats you more like family than a visitor

My mom has been there almost two months and hasn’t even got her hair washed or a bath. Her hair cut was free but tried to charge her $5 to wash it even though she pays close to 1500 a month to stay there. She has choked multiple times and has needed to be changed and has pushed her button and they have taken forever to come check on her. I’ve been there when she has pushed the button and half the time it takes thirty mins or longer so I walk up to the front desk and they just sitting in the break rooms or at the nurses station not paying attention to it. Her floors are filthy every time I visit. She’s had a uti since she’s been there and im praying she doesn’t end up septic. If something bothers my mom and she speaks up on a specific nurse they will go in her room and try and bribe her t

It's a friendly and family warming environment! The staff are nice and kind! I enjoy seeing my grandma every time I visit, but I'd rather see her home 🥹

My mother was only there for a couple of months before she passed, but in that time I was very impressed! The staff there are caring and friendly. They took excellent care of my mother. They cheerfully put up with me and my four siblings calling to FaceTime and for updates. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place!

Wonderful facility !! The staff from the front office/admission to the nurses ,cna etc are excellent. My parents visited here often during the past year for a respite stay and each time they reference to being on vacation. My mom recently passed away (not at the facility) and during our time of grief a staff member came in prayed a powerful words of comfort for my dad and I.My dad is here for rehabilitation and possible long term stay and I have not one inch of regret making the decision for him to be here. It is a hour drive for me to visit the facility but it is worth the drive so my dad can have a pleasant experience and i have that peace of mind, he is being well taking care of and receives the attention he needs to continue to thrive. This alone makes it easier for me not to worry a
