Rio Pinar Dental Care

I honestly don’t mind going to the dentist anymore because of Rio Pinar Dental Care. The front desk staff is kind and easy to talk to, and the office just feels calm, not chaotic or rushed. Dr. Erick Argueta was great. He explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, didn’t talk over me, and didn’t push anything unnecessary. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is huge for me when it comes to dental visits. He checked in throughout the appointment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, it felt like they genuinely cared and weren’t just trying to get me in and out. If you’re someone who gets anxious about the dentist or just wants to be treated like a real person, I’d definitely recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Erick this morning for routine cleaning and I must say it was a great experience! His bedside manner is so comforting, everything was thoroughly explained and our future plans to care for my teeth made me feel at ease. I am excited to continue getting serviced with my new dentist!

We have been going to Dr Palacios for a number of years! He is thorough but not aggressive with our dental care. Meaning, he always does what is needed, but does not push for unnecessary or expensive additional work if it is not the best for our oral health. He will make recommendations and suggestions and discuss options with you before starting/scheduling a protocol or suggesting treatment. He is personable and does not make you feel like a number or that he is herding you out of the office to get to his next patient. Despite that personal attention, I have only had to wait and been delayed once in my numerous years of going to him. His staff is efficient and friendly and they communicate with us via text (our preference) if there is a need to do so beyond confirmation of appointments.

I have been working with Dr. Erick A. for some time, since his last practice and he is a great practitioner. He is thorough, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air in an environment that I typically don’t enjoy! Definitely recommend going to him for your dental needs!

This is, hands down, the BEST dentist in the Orlando area. From basic cleanings with his caring staff, to the absolute expertise shown by Dr. Palacios. I have had a couple emergency situations and Dr. Palacios has stayed beyond closing hours to care for my issues, with thorough explanations and guidance for follow-up care. Never rushed. Never treated poorly. The staff will work with your insurance should they pull the typical insurance nonsense, too. I cannot recommend this doctor enough.
