Went to get my tooth extracted and Dr. Fry left a piece of tooth. Nurses tried to gaslight and tell me that it was too small for the doctor to see but I came to see a specialist for a reason.

horrible office and careless staff. they don’t care one bit about the patients well being and always have an attitude. seek medical attention elsewhere the wait for an appointment is 3 months and they don’t even try to accommodate for emergency medical attention. mcallen to is where to find great service and patient compassion for special cases

They force you to wear a mask still. After 4yrs. Yet they dont offer any and they dont know where to buy them. That's because this covid bs is over. 🤦 smh. We have to remove this mask so yall can see the teeth. No use in wearing a mask anymore The staff is amazing. Just the mask thing

Horrible customer service from the lady answering the phone she does not take the time to listen carefully to your questions , talks over you gives an attitude I suggest to take your money somewhere else!
