We took our kitten there for a routine neuter. We got a call that he unfortunately passed away. We barely got any information. I called the office and spoke with Dr. Bernhard. He said his surgery went well and his vitals were good. Post surgery he declined. He offered zero sympathy. Not a single "I am so sorry for your loss". When I asked questions he said "I don't really have any answers for you". Disappointed by this doctor is an understatement. I fully understand that rare occurrences like this can happen, but the lack of sympathy and care we received from this office after losing our four month old kitten is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

I am absolutely furious and heartbroken. On Friday, Bandit suddenly collapsed. I rushed her to Ringtown Valley Veterinary Hospital terrified, desperate to find out what was wrong. They did a single X-ray, shrugged, and said “it could be something.” That was their answer. No treatment. No medication. No urgency. Just “bring her back in three weeks.” Two days later — today — she collapsed again and died. I can’t even describe the anger I feel. I trusted them with her life, and they sent her home like it didn’t matter. They didn’t even try. And the truth is, this isn’t the first time my family has been through this kind of careless treatment there. My stepmother’s dog went there a few years ago. He wasn’t eating and clearly sick. The vet told her it “could be an infection or could be can

The Ringtown PA Veterinarian Hospital did such a wonderful job of surgically 9 of my cat Midnight Schu teeth’s he was from a shelter and I didn’t know his teeth Have gone bad when After I got him I took him to other vets in my area and they all checked midnight out It says he was OK But I think ringtown veterinarian hospital for going in deeper, see what the root of exact cause was, and they did exactly that they helped my cat midnight, not being in pain and suffering And found the root of the cause was his reason needed to get Nine of teeth removed unfortunately even though midnight has 4 other teeth That got taken out before I’ve gotten him from A local shelter and now only has 6 teeth left in his mouth but don’t worry about that midnight but still able to eat his dry food and hard cat t

My dog has been a patient for a few years now. He wasn't doing well and I was told I couldn't get an appointment for two days because they were holding a "cat clinic" the following day. They also told me they would let the veterinarian know his symptoms and call me back ASAP. I never got a call back and we ended up at the emergency vet. The dog had to get put down and I was charged double what I would have if I was able to get an appointment. I'm very disappointed, especially after giving this place thousands of dollars over the years that they couldn't get my dog in even to be put to sleep. The "cat clinic" was more important than taking their own patients. Needless to say I won't be returning with my other dog.

Tonight was our first visit there with our Golden Retriever Caden for a Hotspot. He's not like a typical Golden and is very nervous around new people and places. Dr. Pengrin was very nice, understanding and patient with him even though he wouldn't take the treat from her he licked it while she was holding it. She made him feel as comfortable as he could possibly be in that situation. Everyone was so nice from the time we walked in the doors. We will be taking him and his sister there from now on. The waiting area was impressive how the seating is set up it was also very clean. Thank you Dr. Pengrin and staff!!
