Dr. Ringer and her team are absolutely amazing! My Frenchie puppy was spayed today and also had a soft palate resection, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Ringer remembered our previous conversation and took the time to really talk with me and explain everything. She never rushed us and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their owners — you're not just a dollar sign. Her staff are just as kind and caring. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-run. There was no wait at either of our appointments, and they stuck to the scheduled time. Our pup's surgery was done within an hour of drop-off, and they let her rest and be monitored before I brought her home. No rushing, no pressure, no upselling — just genu

We absolutely love Dr. Ringer! We have been loyal clients for years. She has taken such great care of all four of our boys. We got a new puppy about 2 months ago and we chose Dr. Kibbie because of past service. Everything went amazing with the appointment and everyone was so respectful and nice. I went in for my cat because he had been acting really really weird and not eating, drinking or playing. He was really sick, so I brought him in and they said that he just needed love and rest and I need to make sure to keep him fed and watered, because he had an upper respiratory infection. My cat passed away 8 hours later at 2 in the morning
