Ridley's Pharmacy #1136

I've been using the Ridley's Pharmacy in Wellington for 6 years. They have always been so kind, caring, and fast. The staff, including the pharmacist, are all so kind and helpful. I could do mail order and may get cheaper, but Ridley's is so much more personal, kind, friendly, and apt to assist you even quicker when needed. I love using Ridley's and I have heard random comments in public about how great the staff in the pharmacy are; so it's not just me. 💛 The other day they had 2 scripts received, filled, and ready within 10 minutes of my doctor's visit. Wow! Thanks for being such an incredible group in our little town!

I seriously underestimated this pharmacy. I went directly here from the urgent care just up the street. My little guy was crying in the backseat (ear infections hurt) so I went to the drive thru to avoid having to bring him inside. It was already ready! It had to be a maximum of 5 minutes. If I drive to a big pharmacy in foco they don’t even have it pulled up in the computer by the time I drive the 30 minutes to get there. I’ve taken my kids to that urgent care a dozen times and am kicking myself for never thinking to use this pharmacy. Jim was knowledgeable which I’d expect from a pharmacist but he was also very kind. I’m going to transfer my other scripts there now too.

Ridleys Pharmacy beats the big Pharmacies hands down. Jim and the rest of the staff are great. We use to use King Soopers and you'd have to wait for at least an hour to get prescriptions, it wasn't like they were short staffed either. They were unfriendly and always acted like you were such a bother. I thought they were there for getting you your meds but I guess that was my bad. Forget using their drive up, that was hardly ever open. Glad we made the switch to Ridley's.

As a military spouse I’ve been going to this pharmacy for five years only to receive a phone call today to be told that they no longer will be filling my prescription due to the fact that it cost them six dollars per prescription per month and that TRICARE needs to do better about paying pharmacies. That is not customer service, nor is that how you treat patients as a pharmacist.

Matt and Dave are exceptional in knowledge and customer service. Marisa and Joseph as a supportive team have been great!
