My husband needed refill and after being a client of theirs over 15 years they are making no effort to get his medication First told no idea when they can get it and very non chilant about the whole process Well we will not be going back there again Also going to complain to Texas Board of Pharmacy which I belong to as a Pharmacy Tech Also going to let Aetna know about this as his Rx provider If they want to be unwilling to help Aetna subscribers they don't need to be associated with them Also going to complain to Tricare which as a Veteran they are the provider of health care to the military As a nurse myself and a Pharmacy Tech I am appalled over how he is being treated Shame on you all
