Ridgewood Pharmacy

Even though I live a block away, I avoid going to this location for a pharmacy service. The employees at the front are very nice and friendly but the pharmacists have attitude problem. Never expect them to ask if you need any help. Also they treat latino and white customers better. Right in front of your eyes!

The published hours on google are not observed, and they are open erratic hours which is dangerous when you rely on them for medications. Today I am out of my medication that has withdrawal symptoms if not taken. I refilled my order today on Saturday, went to pick up at 4pm and the gate was down, even though google says the pharmacy closes at 6pm. I have tried to pick up at 9:10-9:20am on weekdays and they are not open and the gate is down. It's very irresponsible and dangerous for people. I want to support local businesses, and the staff is always so kind, but I have to switch to an online pharmacy because it is not reliable to use this pharmacy when they're not open during the published hours.

Wonderful local pharmacy with an incredibly nice staff! The guy in the front and the pharmacist in the back were very patient with me and super helpful. If you're in the area you should go here!

Great friendly and professional pharmacy. They are always helpful when I have questions about prescriptions and over the counter drug interactions. At times when I have not had the co- payments, they have forgave the excess and have given me the prescriptions with best wishes that I recover and feel better. Can't thank them enough for caring. They care about the community and not all businesses are run like that.

This place is the best! They go above and beyond for their customers and I’ve never had a prescription that wasn’t taken care of swiftly. Switching from CVS to here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, not exaggerating — this place is considerably more reliable, and now I actually look forward to going to the pharmacy every month, because the staff are good people, my prescription is ready when they say it will be, and as a bonus they know who I am and remember my name. Can’t recommend them enough. Side note: they have a surprisingly great selection of random, non-pharmaceutical items, too.
