I been coming here for almost 5 yrs. Before when Maria was there the service was great! She knew all the information and would help me out. Now with this new lady,dont know her name, Sucks. horrible service the person does not know what she is doing. Last time I sent my husband to get my refill and to tell them I have a new member ID insurance to update my info. she told my husband the numbers aren't the same and to pay. He called me and I answered and told the new lady it's a new insurance card you have to update my information. She kept telling me its declined. I couldn't do much bc I was at work and needed the pill immediately. So my husband ended up paying. However, the following month I went back and saw Maria I was glad to see her. Giving 1 star for remaining a seemingly family operated local pharmacy. The other star is for- filling the wrong scripts, straight up lying about delivery, one day filling partial, the next day forgetting that’s an option, and the day after that using partial as an excuse for deciding not to fill at all despite my calling each and every time days in advance so THEY can organize THEIR workflow. The pharmacist seems nice, but nice doesn’t cut it when you staff completely incompetent people. I’ve gone days without my medicine on account of this. CVS delivers.

I went there for the first time and they gave me a medication that I didn't need, the seal was broken n the lady stated, the med the dr. prescribed the ins doesn't cover, she was wrong!! I called my ins they stated they do covered! The pharmacy need to get there facts straight!
