Dr. Helm is truly a wonderful doctor. She is patient, kind, gentle, and exceptionally skilled at what she does. We went in for a dental emergency, and she took us in without an appointment to care for my father-in-law, who was in a great deal of pain. We cannot express how thankful we are for her compassion, professionalism, and expertise. We are so grateful for the care she provided. 1000% recommend and encourage people to go to her!

I was very optimistic about this practice and believed it was a great dental office—until the day of my fillings with Dr. Helm. I clearly expressed that I have dental anxiety and a difficulty with becoming fully numb, and unfortunately my tooth was not fully numb when the drilling began. I wish I could say that was the worst part of the experience. When I later returned for a bite check, I did not feel welcomed, heard, or valued, nor did I feel any effort to build a relationship based on trust and care. Unfortunately I cannot align my experience with Dr. Helm’s stated philosophy. A week after the fillings, I was still experiencing significant pain. I had my first experience with Heidi as my hygienist and I cannot say enough kind things. I have had a long struggle with my teeth and I left feeling so supported, validated, and celebrated about my progress! Dr. Helm and Dr. Borden have both been so willing to discuss options and explain the whys behind recommendations. They create a very safe and collaborative environment that I am so grateful to have found!

This my first visit and I was very impressed. Randy, the hygienist, did a thorough exam, explained everything, and did a great job cleaning. Dr. Helm was also excellent. She was able to explain why I have had off and on discomfort for a couple years. The equipment the have is amazing and showed details that can’t be seen with regular x-rays. Great experience.
