What an incredible staff! I went in for my first colonoscopy I was nervous and a bit of a giant baby but the staff was so caring, patient and informative! They made sure I was always comfortable and aware of what was going on and what was next. Dr. Redd was great, he never seemed rushed (although it was a busy place) he spent time to make sure I understood everything before the procedure and throughly explained my results. My appointment show time was 0705, I was checked in and in a bed by 0730 out the door by 0900. Every one of the nurses was the sweetest! If you’re over 45 and dreading your first of this procedure I would highly recommend Dr. Redd and his staff!!

This is now the second time I've been here for colonoscopy. The staff here is amazing! Roxanne walked me through all the paperwork and signatures, necessary during admission, and she was very kind, understanding and pleasant. The nurse who brought me into the prep room was very pleasant and helpful in instructing me how to get ready for the procedure. Rachel was my phlebotomist and it was the best IV I've ever had! I was surprised the I felt no pain as she put in the IV needle and she was very fun to talk to. In the procedure room, Jamie was the nurse and she was friendly and helpful and looking out for my comfort and best interest. Despite the negative reviews, I had a very good experience at Ridgeline. The staff were extremely friendly and were able to brief me on the entire process. The check in was a little rough and slow. But once checked in the process was a breeze. I was at their facility for less than two hours.

Scheduled appointment for a procedure 6 weeks out. They didn’t call to get pre authorization until THE DAY BEFORE procedure. It obviously didn’t get approved so they called and canceled procedure after i had already started prepping for it then called me on my day of procedure to ask why i wasn’t there🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. Bunch of complete chuckleheads. Oh and they won’t call you back no matter how many times you call or leave voicemails.

First off, the place felt dirty. The floors were not vacuumed and the nurse had dog hair all over her uniform. I went into the bathroom and there was a strong odor of urine. Inside the toilet there was dried diarrhea that I cleaned off with a wipe as I had to use the facility so desperately. After waiting 40 minutes, the doctor sent in his student first to ask questions. When I tried to remember the name of the antibiotic I was given in the ER, the student cut me off and said rather condescendingly that it wasn't an antibiotic when he could have looked at the ER report first and found out that it's was. After asking a few questions, the student went out and said he and Dr. McBride would form a game plan and be back in. After a few minutes, they came back in and spent all but 5 minutes with
