If I cld give a 0 I wld... as a family of nurses we know the importance of bedside manners and connection. 3 visits later I was out the door looking for new Dr. for my son. The lack of professionalism, confidentiality (Dr & staff plz realize the walls are paper thin & everything is heard even in your attempt of a whisper) & the greed of $$$. Your demand for payment prior to a visit or for a Dr excuse is ridiculous. Learn to be humble & kind word of mouth will bring you patients

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. During my visits to Dr. Rico’s office, I observed repeated instances of her speaking disrespectfully to staff members. The tone and language used were unprofessional and, at times, demeaning. It created a very uncomfortable environment — not just for the staff, but for patients as well. What concerned me even more was overhearing conversations behind closed doors where patients were discussed in a disrespectful and unkind manner. This lack of professionalism and confidentiality deeply disturbed me and raised serious concerns about the quality of care and respect for patient dignity. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and professionalism, especially in a medical setting. I hope these issues

She’s a good doctor, never expect more than 5 minutes with her, if you ask if the development of your baby is okay, she’ll just give you a booklet with the milestones. We had to have a video call due to something urgent, they made an appointment at 4 pm for us, it’s 4:47 and still no doctor on the video call. I think it’s common for the doctors to have all their patients wait all day long for a 2 minute talk and yet we do have to pay 40 dls before the session, without having a good service. Please, make yourself a favor and never have an emergency taken care with them, and always prepare to wait the doctor at least 1 hour and a half, for a 2 minute talk, don’t expect engaging or even for them to know who your baby is.

The front desk staff is wonderful. Ana welcomed me with a big smile and made the whole check-in and check-out process easy.

Dr. Daniella Rico is amazing. She takes the time to really listen, and her medical assistant Roxy was super kind and professional throughout my visit
