Just had knee surgery and was trying to get a pain med script filled. They don't honor my insurance so I was fine paying out of pocket. I can not physically leave my house right now so I was gonna send my husband over to pick it up with my ID. I was told very rudely they will not be filling my script bc they don't know me, my husband or my Dr and there are too many red flags regarding this . I asked him what he meant by that. Told me ( no yelled at me )there are too many red flags and i could just be someone trying to score pain meds. I had to yell at him to get him to stop talking so i could try and explain the situation. I told him I just had knee surgery and I'm sitting here in pain just trying to get some relief. After being laid off due to COVID-19 they where very understanding concerning Tricare and the changes of insurance benefits. I have never seen this type of care and concern. Thank you for all of your help and patience.
