The hygienists are amazing as well as the dentist. However, while sitting in the waiting room one of the hygienists ( it seems as though she had a foreign accent) came out to call for a customer and she was mispronouncing the lady’s name. Another employee kindly told her how to pronounce it correctly. The receptionist that was sitting all the way to the right (if you’re looking at the desk) who appeared to be in the mid to late 40’s said “this is American language”. The hygienist didn’t respond back and continued to take her patient into an exam room. After the hygienist left, the receptionist said out loud and clear something to the effect of “don’t make me call ICE on you”. My husband made a dentist appointment for him and our son. Our son is starting school soon and needs to be seen ASAP and my husband has been in terrible pain from his teeth. When he made the appointments they said they gave him the soonest they had which was over 3 weeks. Which is understandable. However, we arrived on the scheduled date and time. Their appointments were for Friday 7/22 at 1:30 and 2:30. But the door was locked. No one was there. Except one woman, sitting in the back, who says the place is closed. I look on Google it says the place closes on 3pm on Fridays. So I call, thinking maybe the door is just stuck, or accidentally locked. The voicemail says that they close at 1pm. They called my husband yesterday to confirm both his appointments, even asked for clarification

This place is so unprofessional, especially the receptionist. She is extremely rude and condescending. I also had a terrible experience with the dentist himself. I had a tooth that either needed a root canal or to be pulled. I wanted to remove the tooth as I have mixed opinions on root canals. He pushed me into the root canal basically refusing to pull it. Fine, long story short the root canal was completed in the spring and now it’s about 4 months later and I have excruciating pain in that tooth. Because he pushed me into the root canal, the procedure maxed out my insurance and now I'm left with no way to get the help I need until it renews. The dentist is great, he has taken good care of my teeth over several years now. As important, the dentist is fast, meaning less time in the chair and not particularly painful as the current technology stands.

I was unbelievably nervous about going to a dentist. When I arrived I was in tears, I almost turned around and left! I am very embarrassed about the condition of my teeth (due to 20 years of bad oral hygiene, an addiction, an abusive ex cracked a front tooth, then pregnancy, and intubation during a C-section broke out my other front tooth)...I've lost several teeth, and broken several teeth... I've actually glued something in my mouth, for over a year, to cover the missing teeth. Oh and I have periodontal disease.. ..A LOT OF ISSUES.. but, honestly it wasn't that bad!!! I had a consultation. /Ex-rays. And I was fully prepared for them to tell me all my teeth needed to be pulled.
