Dr. Kaminsky's nurse, Janet, lacks compassion, empathy and professionalism. On two occasions, Janet has refused to have the doctor call in life-saving prescriptions for my fiancé. Even though we jumped through hoops to get them a copy of his records from his prior doctor, they still will not prescribe his medications. Janet is condescending, lacks empathy and needs to bring it down a few notches. When he has requested a callback from the doctor, she says that he needs to see him to talk to him. On one occasion, she refused to prescribe his nitro which can save his life. After listening to her lecture about how he needs to have another 2 hour test where they induce a heart attack, she finally agreed to call it in. My fiance has refused to take that test but she continues to "play Mom". He
Was treated very poorly at this place. Dr Dab told me a CPAP machine would solve all my problems and even help me loose weight. I had to ask him about changing my blood pressure pills. He just left the room. Nurse came in with a script for pills but he didn't care if they worked or not. Didn't want me back for 3 months. Changed doctors hoping for help. Dr Chattery sent me for 3 tests then told me there was nothing wrong with me. Again l had to ask to change my blood pressure pills to solve my fainting spells. He said they didn't do that and if l thought the pills were causing that to just stop taking them. Then walked out the door. I walked out and haven't been back since. No help or respect in that office. No care for patients. Huge eggos.
They will schedule you for appointments and call and cancel. Then schedule you back to back appointments and then call you and tell you that insurance won't cover it so then they make you come back in the next day. So my mom. With back problems and alzheimers has to drive an extra 100 miles. Refused to allow her to pay privately. Refused full service.
Dr Hornak was very compassionate, very thorough answering our questions/ concerns and a very compassionate and has an amazing staff that treats you with compassion and respect. Would highly recommend him! Very impressed!
I am very thankful dr. Joseph he is a very good dr. He takes time to listen to his patients. He is very kind and caring about what is going on with his patients
