This place is like hell on Earth. My sister was sent here for rehabilitation after C-section complications. Within a week, she had stopped eating and they took her off of physical therapy. A week later, she was near death. She was not talking, BP was 70/50, hemoglobin was a 6.1, had severe pitting edema, was very pale, dehydrated and lethargic. The nurses said they had her lab results at 4 o’clock and they did not notify us until 7. After she turned septic and had gotten so bad that she almost died there. They didn’t notify us when she started declining. Thank God I went up and saw her when I did. When I went to visit her, she did not have any food or water. No leg compressions, no monitors whatsoever, and no IV. The nurses and I agreed she needed to be taken to a hospital. This was a true

January 18th, the day my whole life changed. My husband was admitted there, and he had a roommate. He was getting ready to go home. His family told me to get my husband out ASAP. I should have taken 😪 them seriously. My husband had a wound vac, and the aid didn't know how to work it. Finally, the RN showed up and unclogged the machine. His bed was unable to raise his head up or down. He was cold, and his bed was next to a window. I had to go home and get him a heavy comforter. I only lived a couple of miles from the facility. I checked on his medicine, and they hadn't given him any. When I asked about it, their response was waiting on the doctor. The doctor showed up, and I'm a person who asks LOTS of questions. Since the doctor doesn't have my husband medical folder, I should have gotten

This is for sure a very small facility but that’s what I absolutely love about it. The therapy team is the best and Sunny (Director of Rehab) makes sure all residents receive the best therapy possible even with the smallest spaces they have great equipment to utilize and the most caring team. The nurses and caregivers are some of the most compassionate people I have seen. The smaller facility allows for a better staff to patient ratio and more one on one care. As staffing is an issue everywhere I will say this facility continues to provide the best care possible through this difficult time. When staffing is an issue the management team does not hesitate to jump in and help take care of all the residents there. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Nice building, I was skeptical in putting my mother here because well we all know how nursing homes are. But I have no worries. Great staff, the Boss is funny. I’m glad I chose them!
