Laid back environment, friendly staff, and a great dentist! Came here for a second (third) opinion after seeing dentists in Madison, and have been making the hour drive ever since! Always gives options WITH explanations, and as a critic of the health care world, I feel very comfortable with Dr. Ritchie's approach and service. Very reasonable versus competition in my experience. Highly recommend!!

I really appreciate the fact that I could get the initial exam done AND the cavity filled all in one visit! As a stay home mom with small children it's nice to find a dentist willing to do this when possible! We've always been satisfied with the work Dr Ritchie has done for us. Thanks!

Nothing but good to say about our experiences with Dr. Ritchie! Very professional with my wife and I, and he and his employees have always been able to make our children (ages 11, 9, 6, 4...and a 1-year old who has a MOUTHFUL of teeth already) feel comfortable. They enjoy going to see "Dr. Ritchie from the newspaper!" Office and rooms are very clean, employees are very friendly, and working with them to schedule appointments has always been easy. Provided above and beyond service in helping us resolve claims issues with our insurance company. I would highly recommend Dr. Ritchie to anyone!

I have found all of my visits to Richland Family Dental to be excellent. All of the staff have been positive and encouraging and all are highly professional. Scheduling is easy and work needing to be done is completed on a timely basis. I appreciated being kept informed about each process.

"You need to do what we are asking you when we ask you so that we can get this done" stated Mark Ritchie to my crying 6 year old son making him cry harder. Mr. Ritchie asked my son to raise his hand when he needed a break. When my son raised his hand for a break he was told by Mr.Richie to "Hold on we are almost done. Open your mouth." Mr. Richies tone was very unprofessional. Waited 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time to have my son treated with disrespect. When you are working with children it is important to always keep your word, remain professional, and understanding.When I expressed my concern the receptionist raised her eyebrows at me and told me Madison would be better because they specialize in children.
