Amazing staff! My mother in law has been here for a week and it has been a very positive experience during a very difficult time. Every staff member has been very kind and helpful in every interaction. The love and concern that we have observed staff sharing with all residents is heart warming.

I’ve not had dealings with a lot of nursing homes, but I have had several. This is by far the best place I’ve ever seen everyone inside is so friendly and nice to all the residents and it seems like no matter what me or my mom needs. They’ve bend over backwards to get it. They are also helpful and friendly and I just think the world of all those people that make that place run. If you wanna find a place that the people genuinely care this is it

Words cannot describe what a wonderful place this is. Christa and all the staff took such wonderfully care of my wife even tho I know she was a challenge. They always took such good care of her. I will always cherish how wonderful they were. I love each and everyone of them. Thank you.

Richland Care Center is a little home with a lot of heart. The staff takes good care of the residents while making them feel special. They do a good job of keeping family informed. Various activities are provided. No care facility is perfect. My family member has been in the facility since 2014, and I have found that the staff is always willing to listen to concerns and correct issues as needed. I highly recommend Richland Care Center. They consistently provide a home like atmosphere and treat the residents with respect and TLC.

The staff was very friendly and every one seemed happy or content. The place did not have that typical urine smell. Wished I could have gotten my wife in here but they are not a true lockdown unit which I need because of wondering. Lebanon North does and they have been very nice and helpful. They both would get my vote.
