Richardton health center is always welcoming for their residents and make it a relaxing and fun place for the people living there. Families are always welcomed to participate in events. The staff is great and are willing to go the extra mile to bring smiles to the residents. The staff has shown great commitment during this winter season by coming early for their shifts and staying at the facility during these unforgiving storms to maintain patient care at the level the residents deserve. I would not send my loved ones to any other facility. The care they receive is top notch. Every facility has their ups and downs with staff and unexpected circumstances, but RHC has pulled through and persevered during these challenges and with covid. 10/10 highly recommend RHC over any other surrounding f

RHC is such a home like environment, the residents and staff there are the best. I love that this facility is so family oriented and truly care about all of the residents and staff. This facility has definitely earned their 5 star status on CMS compare website.

The Richardton nursing home called Richardton Health Center should be shut down! They deserve a negative 15 stars. Marilyn, the director of nursing and her daughter should be immediately fired and their nursing license stripped. She basically killed my healthy Mom cuz they could not handle Alzheimers patients. Marilyn cancelled my moms vascular leg appt in Fargo & never made another appt in Bismarck so thas what my mom died from. A clot in her groin, her leg was purple so how did they not see it getting blacker, to take her in sooner=pure neglect. They wanted her to die because Marilyn was tired of coming in extra because workers could not handle Alheimers fits, even when family was not there, but she blamed US for agitating our Mom. We have video of our Mom telling her"you are killing me
