We’ve had such a positive experience with RPA from the very beginning. Even before our child was born, the team made us feel supported, informed, and truly cared for. Every question has been met with patience, timely responses, and reassurance, and we’ve always felt welcome to come in when needed. Our child’s care has been a bit of a journey—sometimes feeling like a puzzle to find the right solutions—and Dr. Pounds has been incredible throughout it all. She has never wavered in her attentiveness or commitment to finding what works best for our child. Her willingness to listen, adjust, and continually improve our child’s care has meant so much to our family. We’ve also had great experiences with other providers at RPA, and the front desk staff is consistently friendly, warm, and efficient

We love Richardson Pediatric Associates! We’ve been with them for 3 years, since our oldest was born. All of the providers are wonderful! We’ve worked the most with Dr. Troendle, Dr. Duffy, PA Kayla, and PA Rachel and never had a bad experience. They are quick to respond on MyChart, always have same day sick visits available which is so important, and make referrals quickly! The facilities are clean, the artwork is adorable, truly everything is as good as can be! Highly recommend!

Let me tell you about this amazing team! We first saw Dr. Randles and Dr. Duffy for my first born. As a first time mom I really leaned on our pediatrician’s support. We’ve had a great experience! Take 2 with my second son! Wow this little guy threw everyone for a loop. He was born with a rare defect that wasn’t discovered until birth. I ran into Dr. Duffy after labor on my way to see my baby in the NICU. From that moment they have been ALL IN on supporting our family. Dr. Randles, Dr. Smith and Dr. Duffy have all taken incredible care of our boy. They have worked tirelessly, cautiously and swiftly when it comes to our medically complex kiddo. Our experience with RPA has been exceptional. From our initial visit before our baby was born, we felt confident and comfortable with the care provided by every member of their medical staff. As first-time parents with plenty of questions, we’ve always received timely call-backs, reassurance, and the option to be seen right away when needed. We currently see Dr. Pounds, who is attentive and caring, but we’ve had great experiences with all the doctors and NPs at RPA. The front desk staff is consistently warm and welcoming, making every visit smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t imagine a better place for our child to grow and be cared for.

This 5-star is specifically for Kaela Donaldson, my son’s PA. She is primarily the reason I have not relocated because she is AMAZING! She remembers everything from our last visit. She takes her time with him. She listens to hear and not to respond. The facility is always clean and the receptionist are always friendly.
